Congratulations on an amazing 2007 Jim!
It's "ProTech" time again, and through hard work and dedication
HFO-Philadelphia has positioned itself in the top-ten with regard to our
Service Survey program. As you know, our Service Survey program is
based upon calling individual customers in your territory and asking
them the following questions:
How long did it take for your service technician to arrive?  (85.17%)
Did your service technician arrive when he said he would?  (98.09%)
Did the technician have all of the required parts?  (81.82%)
Was the machine fixed when the technician left?  (92.82%)
Was the service technician professional?  (100.0%)
During the course of 2007, we surveyed 275 HFO-Philadelphia customers
and a corresponding score for each of the questions asked was generated.
A final score is than tabulated. (Please keep in mind that some of the
questions are weighted heavier than others) HFO-Philadelphia ended 2007
with a 93.25% and that places you in the top-ten among all North
American dealers. Once again, congratulations! Please take the time to
thank all of the members of your service staff for their commitment to
our Haas customers.
*Note that 'consignment usage' and 'RR' numbers were not used in any of
the ProTech calculations, as those numbers are not yet accurate.
Lance Expands Facility to Improve Customer Service
After several months of construction, we proudly unveiled our newly enlarged 15,000 sq. ft. facility in November 2007.
To best serve our burgeoning customer base, we have enlarged our showroom, parts warehouse, and office facilities by over 30%. We now have two showrooms totaling 5,000 sq. ft. with latest machine tool technology from Haas, Tsugami, and Omax.
Our training and seminar center expanded to accommodate 40 people, with hi-definition projection available with surround sound. These improvements will enable customers to have a meaningful learning experience.
Also, to further strengthen our customer support, we have expanded our parts storage and warehouse. The additional 5,000 sq. ft. allows us to increase the quantity and variety of spare parts to provide even better customer support.
